IMPERIAL FUSION
I am a first time plotter. I followed all the instructions (soil sample, lime, fertilizer, etc) and frost seeded in early 2024. So far, so good with a solid stand looking amazing. Deer and turkey all over it. It's held it holds up to the heat and dry summer of 2025. Plan to frost seed bare spots in early April 2026 and look forward to seeing what it looks like in the spring. So far I have nothing but good things to say It was easy to establish and looks great!

IMPERIAL FUSION
Just follow the directions at the back of the bag you will not be disappointed. This product also works great for frost seeding any thin or bare spots in your food plot. The deer absolutely love the fusion food plots I’ve put in. Extremely satisfied with this blend as we are with all Whitetail Institute products!

IMPERIAL FUSION - Impressive
Planted this mix last summer and it came back beautiful this spring. Enjoyed our best turkey season hunting out of this plot. I mowed it a few weeks ago and fertilized it at 400lbs per acre. It really looks nice now that the weeds are gone. I also frost seeded in early April which I think is why it's so thick and lush. It's not cheap in price like the Cabela's mixes but so far I am very impressed with the results. Seems to be well worth the price. I have lots of deer feeding in it at all times of the day compared to the other brand that the deer hardly touched.

FUSION = SUCCESS
Shot my biggest buck to date late last fall in this amazing perennial plot. John at CWFP suggested I plant this as a cover crop along with Forage Oats Plus in early Sept. because my pH was terribly low when I contacted him last April. After my soli test, he suggested the right amount of lime and I put that out right away. Meanwhile I was instructed to keep my 1.5 acre plot weed free over the summer so I tilled it twice about 4 inches deep each time. In late July I did another soil test and the pH had already gone up over 6.5. I tilled again, pellet fertilized Triple 19, dragged it in then compacted the ground with my homemade cultipacker. I then broadcasted the Oats Plus, passed a harrow over them and then broadcasted the Fusion seeds of clovers and chicory. The plot immediately came out beautifully after the first rain with zero weeds. The deer hammered the Oats until mid December when 2 feet of snow fell. I just frost seeded in some more Fusion last week. Everyhting is coming up beautifully now in May again weed free. I will bush hog the Oats as instructed in late May and then add 300lbs of fertilizer in early June. I look forward to having an amazing weed free perennial plot for the summer and fall. I am sold on this brand! Thank you CWFP and thank you WINA.

Maybe ok, but the price ?
Ridiculously expensive for clover and Chickory mix! I messed up the side and though this was an industrial side bag but no, their "large" is the size of a consumer bag of grass seed. This has better make deer come out butchered at that price!

FUSION BLEND
Incredible germination. First tine doing a food plot and it was so easy. Plot is looking great, the deer are hitting it hard and the helpful tips from the experts at Canadian Whitetail Food Plots were amazing! I highly recommend this brand.

Imperial Fusion = Success
I planted this blend in late August in Eastern Quebec as a cover crop with Imperial Oats Plus. It has been doing awesome. Grew fast and thick and green like the color on the bag. I will frost seed the plot in late March or early April. Then mow the Oats in late May with my bush hog. The goal is to have a beautiful lush perennial crop of clovers and chicory for next year without dealing with weeds like I have in the past trying to grow perennials in spring and summer which is peak weed season where l live. John at CWFP gave me all this useful advice. Took the time to give the proper instruction. I stuck to all of his recommendations and it has already paid off. Wish I could show picks in this review. Excellent product with excellent advice!
