Imperial Alfa-Rack Plus (Perennial)

This blend has the best alfalfa that i have ever planted. I have farmed for many years and planted alfalfa on its own for deer but nothing i have planted compared to this blend. Incredible attraction and the chicory and clovers just make it that much more appealing to the deer.

The deer and turkey are in and out of this plot steady. The blend has a variety of clovers and chicory and alfalfa that draws the deer back several times daily. I am seeing bucks during daylight now where they have always been nocturnal in the past on my property.

I live in SK and planted a 3 acres of Alfa Rack next to a field of agricultural farm alfalfa to do a test. The deer come across the 10 acre agri field of very good and green alfalfa but almost always stop in the Alfa-Rack Plus to feed. It's pretty cool to watch this happen. I give it an A+

I live in SK with Alfalfa crops all around me. I tested a 1 acre field of COOP bought Alfalfa seed and planted it adjacent to my Alfa-Rack Seed from Whitetail Institute and the results were remarkable. I have deer walking through the COOP food plot to get to the Whitetail Institute Plot. Its pretty cool to watch. The Agronomist where I bought the COOP seeds said maximum 18% - 20% protein. Whitetail Institute Alfa-Rack Plus boasts over 40%!

Excellent Product! Imperial Whitetail Clover, WINA Chicory varieties and the Alfalfa's in this blend bring in the deer steady. I've planted other regular clovers from the Agricultural store and the deer pass them up for the Whitetail brand. Additional Whitetail Institute Plots will be going in next year.

Nothing but good things to say about this blend. The deer are always feeding in it as are the turkeys. It's easy to grow and very drought resistant after the plants have come up. I just mowed it 2 weeks ago and it bounced right back. My pH was great when I had the soil tested at my local Coop as I simply followed the clear directions at the back of the bag. I am getting ready to sow Winter Greens and Beets & Greens as soon as we get some good rain. I strongly recommend trying this brand, you won't regret it.

I have been using Whitetail Institute products for 5 years now and they have yet to disappoint! Side by side, Imperial Alfa-Rack Plus is more desirable and produces more tonnage than generic agricultural alfalfa’s. The clover and chicory that I have seeded have brought deer in for miles and not only draws them in, but keeps them there. One of the best features of WI products, is the establishment. Even with minimal moisture, and weed competition, the stand will be lush and full after one mowing or herbicide application. With the goal of keeping the plot as healthy as I can, I couldn’t be happier with the results from these products!

It's the best product on the market for attracting deer on my property. My father was skeptical until he sat on a plot and watched buck after buck in the month of August enter a field and gallop to the Alfa rack. He counted 9 different bucks that afternoon with 8 Does and Fawns. We are 3rd generation farmers and we have never seen anything like that with any clover or alfalfa seeds that we have planted in the past from the Agri store where we buy all of our seeds. In the past, the local Co-op have sold us so called "deer mixes'' that they put together but the deer barely nibble at those plants when they walk through those plots.
