This Clover blend establishes itself quickly and has the highest level of protein than any clover on the market. Its been designed specifically for wild whitetail deer. The deer love it and I have had my Imperial clover plots last as long as 7 years before rotating to an annual blend. To make it long-lasting, I simply frost seed it every late winter or early spring with 2lbs of seed per half acre, then fertilize it in early June at 400lbs per acre and mow it once or twice during the summer depending on how much rain we receive. I gave it a 5 star rating simply because I have tried many other varieties on the market and none compare to the Imperial Whitetail blend. It's a little more expensive than the other mixes but well worth it.

I was skeptical about trying another food plot seed mix that I would again be disappointed with. I have tried planting several other brands and have never had an decent results to brag about. I planted Imperial Clover in May last spring and couldn't believe how easy the instructions were. I followed them to the T and ended up with a lush and beautiful plot by late June.
