Imperial Secret Spot (Annual)

This stuff grows in any type of soil that I have tried over the years! It grows well in the bush even where pH is lower than adequate due to evergreen trees in the surroundings. I don't take any chances and still add a couple of bags of crushed lime to every plot about 2 months before I am ready to plant. The deer love it and I am able to make small micro plots wherever I have my treestands located on the property. I use my atv with a 265 truck tire that I installed 6 inch stainless steel nuts and bolts to and pull with a 10 foot chain attached to my atv hitch. I have also just used a good rake in the past with some elbow grease on the smaller plots. Great product, no more baiting for me! Just follow instruction on the bag.

Grows well even with indirect sunlight! I just added some lime to my soil as I knew it would be low having carved out a small 1/4 plot in the middle of a pine forest. Used my whipper to mow the weeds. Then passed a truck tire with my ATV that I made with 6" nuts & bolts screwed into the homemade tire tiller, added the recommended fertilizer. Then spread the seeds. Success was instantaneous. Excellent blend for my bow stand in the middle of the bush! The deer really took to it last fall. Will be planting 2 more kill plots like this for this fall.

I planted Secret Spot for the first time 3 weeks ago and it came up within a couple of days. It's about 12 inches tall after some good rains and the deer are already feeding on the plants. I am amazed how it is already attracting deer. I have a nice buck and several does and fawns using it. It was easy to plant. Just follow the instructions at the back of the bag. Planning on several additional micro plots for next year.

I had my property logged last winter and wanted to plant something for the deer in all the logging trails this summer that have been created on the property. I applied a few bags of pelletized lime in early June. Then I broadcasted the recommended fertilizer at the back of the bag and tossed out a couple of bags of Secret Spot. It grew beautifully and very fast. Just about every time that I walk the trails, I come across deer. Now that I am sold on this brand, I plan to carve out two 3/4 to 1 acre plots 400 yards apart and plant perennials in one plot and annuals in the other. Then rotate them every couple of years as was suggested to me by the consultants at CWFoodPlots. Can't wait to see the results on my deer herd. Great product!
